Privacy notice

Growty is a set of apps for e-commerce teams: MACH (catalog, stock, orders), Writer (product content), Studio (product visuals) and Admin (sign-in, team and settings). This notice explains what personal data we process, why, and what choices you have.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to run the service:

  • Account details: your name, email address, optional phone number, company, role and the apps you can use. Passwords are stored only in hashed form; we cannot read them.
  • Sign-in and security records: IP address, browser and device information, sign-in attempts, active sessions and a log of important actions (for example changing a role or a password).
  • Waitlist requests from growty.io: the details you type into the form (name, work email, company, website, role, market, catalog size, order volume, sales channels, tools, timing and your message), plus IP address, browser information and the time you gave consent.
  • Content you add to the apps: products, texts, images and settings. You decide what this content is; we process it on your company's behalf to provide the service.

Why we use it

  • To create and run your account and let you sign in once for all Growty apps.
  • To keep accounts secure: recording sign-in attempts, temporarily locking an account after repeated failed attempts, and keeping a record of important changes.
  • To answer waitlist requests and contact you about early access, if you asked us to.
  • To send service emails such as invitations, password resets and email change confirmations.

Cookies and local storage

These pages use only cookies that are needed for the service to work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies here.

  • Sign-in cookies: keep you signed in to Admin and let the other Growty apps recognise you.
  • Language cookie (growty_lang): remembers whether you chose English or Turkish.
  • Your browser may also remember your light or dark theme choice on this device.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We use a small number of service providers to run Growty, and they process data only to provide their service to us:

  • Hosting and encrypted backups of our servers and databases.
  • Email delivery for service emails.
  • AI providers, only when you use an AI feature (for example writing a product description or editing an image); the content needed for that task is sent to the provider.

International transfers

Some of these providers operate servers outside Türkiye. The legal basis and safeguards for these transfers will be described in the final version of this notice.

How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is active and security records for as long as they are needed to protect the service. Specific retention periods will be added to the final version of this notice.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, and you can object to processing. If you are in Türkiye, the rights in the KVKK notice also apply to you.

Changes

When we change this notice we will update the date at the top of this page.
