Terms of use

Last updated: 28 October 2026

These terms are being finalised. The provider's full details, fees, liability terms and governing law will be added to the final version.

These terms apply when you create a Growty account or use Growty's apps: MACH (catalog, stock, orders), Writer (product content), Studio (product visuals) and Admin (sign-in, team and settings). By creating an account you accept them on behalf of yourself and the company you register.

Your account

You must give accurate details when you register and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Each account belongs to a company workspace. The workspace owner decides who joins, which role each person has and which apps they can use.

Your content

Products, texts, images, prices and settings you add stay yours. You give Growty permission to store and process them only to provide the service to your company.

You must have the right to use the content you upload, including product photos and brand material.

AI features

Writer and Studio can produce texts and images with AI. AI output can contain mistakes: wrong product details, claims you cannot support or images that do not match the product. Review it before you publish it on your store or sales channels.

Sales channel connections

When you connect a store or marketplace (for example Shopify or Trendyol), Growty sends products, stock, prices and content to it on your instruction. You are responsible for what you send and for following that channel's own rules.

Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the service for anything unlawful or to sell products you are not allowed to sell,
  • try to access another company's data or bypass security controls,
  • overload the service on purpose or use it in a way that harms other customers.

Availability and preview features

We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted. Features marked as preview are still being built and may change or be removed.

Fees

Plans, fees and how AI usage is counted will be set out in the final version of these terms and on your plan page.

Suspension and closing an account

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other customers at risk. You can ask to close your account at any time. How we handle personal data afterwards is explained in the privacy notice.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will show the date of the latest version at the top of this page and tell you about important changes before they apply.
